Person-Centered Care Planning
Each individual receives a customized, Person-Centered support plan based on their unique needs and goals. This ensures care is person-centered, flexible, and focused on promoting growth and independence.
Health & Medication Management
Sponsors and program coordinators assist with medications and coordinate medical appointments, ensuring consistent, reliable healthcare and better overall wellness.
Behavioral & Emotional Support
Ongoing support from Sponsors and the Serenity C & C Inc. team helps individuals manage emotions, build coping skills, and work toward behavioral goals in a safe, structured environment.
Skill Development & Independence
