Serenity C & C Inc. was founded in 2007 by Marietta Cottingham with a mission to provide compassionate, person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What started as a small initiative has grown into a well-respected organization known for delivering high-quality sponsored residential services, community integration support, and applied behavior analysis programs.
